Returns Policy

I strive for you to be 100% happy with your purchase - if for any reason you aren't satisfied, please get in touch to make things right 🌸 

In accordance with consumer rights law, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item was irredeemably damaged or faulty. In which case, a replacement or full refund will be issued instead.

When returning your item, please return your item/order using a tracked service.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads

However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Exchanges
Apologies, but exchanges are not accepted - however please get in touch if you have a query, I may still be able to help.

Damages and issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if there is an issue. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect - I'll resolve this as quickly as possible via a refund or replacement. In instances where damage has been sustained in transit, a photo of the outer packaging may help us to report this to the courier/postal service which you can email directly here

European Union 14 day cooling off period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds
Once your return is received, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact me.
