PLEASE NOTE: these dates are estimates based on Royal Mail’s guide, combined with my dispatch times and are not a guarantee. It’s advisable to order well in advance to avoid disappointment!  I've allowed for extra time during transit to hopefully avoid any delays or backlogs at this very busy time of year. If you’ve left it late, or are unsure whether an item will arrive in time, please contact me before your purchase for more info - I may be able to help get your order to you quicker. Production times
I begin working on orders as soon as they come through, so orders are dispatched promptly within 1-3 working days of receiving payment. Custom or large orders may take longer to prepare, however you will be notified if so.

Delivery times
UK orders: Royal Mail estimated 1-4 working days after dispatch.

USA/CANADA: Standard Airmail - 1-4 weeks on average

AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND: 2-4 weeks on average

Please allow for weekends, holidays and potential delays in the postal system, especially during busy periods.

Shipping costs vary depending on country and item. Please see specific rates which are calculated at checkout.

(Orders do not include full tracking, unless upgraded at checkout, or the parcel is over a certain value/original art.)

Gifts / Packaging
Orders come packaged carefully with tissue and make a lovely gift to unwrap. However if you have any special requests, please contact me and I will try to accommodate 😊

If sending directly to your recipient, enter their address when purchasing, and fill out your gift message in the 'special instructions' box at checkout.

If sending a greetings card directly to a recipient, please use the 'special instructions' box at checkout to fill out your message for the inside of the card. This will be printed inside the card in a typewriter style font.

Cancellations
Please contact me within 1 hour of purchase stating your request to cancel.

Unfortunately, after this time orders cannot be cancelled, but please get in touch.

Damages and issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if there is an issue, to resolve this as quickly as possible.

In instances where damage has been sustained in transit, a photo of the outer packaging may help us to report this to the courier/postal service which you can email directly here

Delays / Lost items
Firstly, I'm super sorry to hear this! Please take a look at the estimated delivery times, and if your order seems delayed or lost, or you are concerned in any way, please get in touch and I'll be happy to rectify the situation.

Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Please note, I must receive your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is irredeemably damaged or faulty. In which case, a replacement or full refund will be issued instead.

Customs Fees
Please be aware that international orders from outside the UK, may be subject to small customs fees or tax duties, which I cannot be held responsible for. Unfortunately it isn't possible for me to know whether they will be charged/amount. Please contact your local post office for more info.
Whilst significant delays in customs are unlikely, I offer shipping upgrades available at checkout on select items so you can track your order - please note this doesn't speed up the delivery but offers peace of mind.
